**Standard Items (Trendsi): *We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost — please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

**Custom/Print-on-Demand Items (Printify):_ *All custom and print-on-demand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

**TikTok Shop Orders: *Returns for TikTok Shop purchases are subject to TikTok Shop's return policy in addition to ours.

**Sale Items: *All sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
